Honor the Lesbian Community Cancer Project today!
Your gift honors the Lesbian Community Cancer Project (LCCP). Founded in 1990 by a group of passionate individuals, friends, and community leaders, LCCP provided support, direct services, and peer groups for women with cancer and their families of choice. Later renamed the Lesbian Community Care Project, LCCP profoundly impacted individual care and social and political justice. LCCP merged with Howard Brown Health in 2007 to ensure ongoing care for the community.
On the third floor of its Halsted Clinic in the waiting area, Howard Brown will honor LCCP. Your gift will add a tribute to your loved one or celebrate your participation in the groundbreaking work of LCCP in Chicago.
If the person being named was not connected to LCCP, then they may not be listed on a tree leaf. For all gifts of $500+, your name and your honoree's will be entered on our donor wall. For gifts of any size, your name and your honoree's will be listed in our annual report for the year in which the gift was given, as well as on a webpage honoring LCCP.
For more information on LCCP visit the Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame Website and Howard Brown's Website.
All gifts up to $50,000 will be matched doubling your impact!
